An unidentified species from New Zealand found growing in landscaping woodchips.
The microscopic structures on this sample were hard to resolve, especially the basidia of which I only was able to find one and it didn't photograph well. Spores were present but not overly abundant. Cheliocystidia often branched. Subrhomboid spores and an annulus suggests a species in the Section Stuntzae.
