Possibly Panaeolus fimicola, a somewhat rare species of Panaeolus. Some populations are reportedly hallucinogenic. No bluing was observed on these specimens. Spores are larger than the published descriptions. Collected on a rarely used gravel road in a grass clump with dog feces. The mushrooms appeared to be growing directly from dead grasses and not the feces. Reexamination of this sample is pending.
